How long does it take to receive my order?
Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days. For personalized or engraved memorials, please allow an additional 3-5 business days for our artisans to meticulously craft your tribute.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship our memorial products worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by destination and will be calculated at checkout.
What is your return policy for memorial items?
We offer a 30-day return policy for most items in their original condition. Please note that custom-engraved or personalized memorials cannot be returned unless there is a defect in craftsmanship.
Can I see a proof of the engraving before it is finalized?
Absolutely. For all personalized orders, our design team will email you a digital mockup for approval within 24 hours of your purchase to ensure every detail is perfect.

We use only high-quality, sustainably sourced materials including solid hardwoods, premium granite, hand-blown glass, and biodegradable components for eco-friendly burials.
